The 16th Airlift Squadron is the world’s premier airlift squadron flying the C-17 Globemaster III stationed at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. The squadron is rich with history boasting over an 80 year history having served in some of the world’s largest conflicts and humanitarian operations .
